Background

The company began developing its first property product in 2009 by launching home and named Ubud Village, located in Ciledug. In the Ubud Village housing complex, The company also has several shop houses for sale. Next, the Company launched a dormitory for students and named Melrose Place, located in Palmerah, West Jakarta. The dormitory targeted for Bina Nusantara (Binus) students to have 200 rooms. Until now the Company through The Subsidiary and Joint Operation Cooperation is developing several apartment projects namely Brooklyn, Springwood Residence, Yukata Suites, The Smith, and Collins Boulevard where all of the projects are located in Alam Sutera and Jalan Raya Gading Serpong, South Tangerang. In addition, this year the Company went through The Subsidiary is also developing a Mix Used Project (Marc’s Boulevard) located in Batam.
