Background

The Company and its subsidiaries are engaged in the management and cultivation of oil palm plantations and crude palm oil processing mills and its other derivative products and the selling of the related end products. Their business operations are located in North Sumatera, South Sumatera,
West Kalimantan, Central Kalimantan and Singapore. In addition to the development of their plantations, the Company and certain subsidiaries have been developing and managing plasma plantations cooperation with plasma farmers.
